By booking an appointment or submitting an inquiry with Avy Spencer ("the Studio"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
The Studio offers hair services including blonding, color, K-tip extensions, weft extensions, and related treatments. All services are performed by appointment only. Results may vary based on your hair's current condition, history, and individual characteristics. We will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation before any service begins.
All appointments are booked through Gloss Genius. A deposit or credit card hold may be required to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to Gloss Genius's booking and payment terms in addition to the Studio's policies stated here.
Hair extension clients are required to complete an inquiry form prior to booking. The Studio reserves the right to decline services that are not appropriate for a client's current hair condition. A consultation appointment may be required before certain services are performed.
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. See our full Cancellation Policy for details.
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment. Redos are offered at no charge when the concern falls within the scope of the original service agreement. Redos are not provided for change-of-mind requests or for issues resulting from at-home care after the appointment.
Hair extensions require specific aftercare. Failure to follow the care instructions provided at your appointment may result in premature damage, slippage, or bond failure. The Studio is not responsible for extension longevity affected by improper home care, use of incompatible products, or services performed by other stylists.
The Studio may photograph completed services for portfolio and social media use. You will be asked for your consent before any photos are shared publicly. You may decline at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, the Studio's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
