Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for Avy's time and other clients on the waitlist, please review and honor the following policy.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. You may cancel or reschedule directly through your booking confirmation or by messaging us through the Gloss Genius platform.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. This fee reflects the time that was held and cannot easily be filled on short notice.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows — appointments missed without any prior notice — are charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in being required to prepay in full for future appointments or loss of booking privileges.
Please notify us if you are running late. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the service and schedule, and may be subject to the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
If you are feeling unwell, please cancel as early as possible. We understand that illness can be sudden. Fees for illness-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be waived with timely communication.
Extension appointments are longer and harder to fill. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold extension appointments and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit in addition to the applicable cancellation fee.
Cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card on file through Gloss Genius. By booking an appointment you authorize this charge in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
