By booking an appointment you agree to the policies below.
My goal is to create gorgeous hair and an exceptional experience for every client. These policies help ensure I can do that for everyone. Please read them before your appointment.
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% service fee. This reflects the time that was reserved and can no longer be filled on short notice.
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment in full for future bookings.
Please let me know if you are running behind. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a modified service or rescheduling depending on the day's schedule, and may be subject to the late cancellation fee at my discretion.
Extension appointments are long and difficult to fill on short notice. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your time and will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit in addition to any applicable cancellation fee.
If you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to illness, please reschedule as early as possible. I understand that illness can be sudden and handle these situations with care. Please reach out and we will find a solution together. I maintain strict sanitation protocols in the studio for the safety of all clients.
Please disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or previous chemical treatments before your service. This helps ensure your safety and allows me to customize your service appropriately. Withholding information that affects the safety or outcome of your service may impact results.
Your satisfaction matters. If you have a concern with your service, please contact me within 5 days of your appointment. I will gladly address any issue that falls within the scope of what was agreed upon during your consultation. Redos are not provided for change-of-mind requests or for concerns resulting from at-home care after the appointment.
Services are non-refundable once completed. If you have a concern, please raise it before leaving so it can be addressed. Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
To maintain a relaxed and focused environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in the studio during appointments. Please make childcare arrangements in advance.
Tips are always appreciated but completely optional. You will never be asked or solicited for gratuity. If you choose to tip, cash or Venmo is preferred.
I love to document beautiful hair and may photograph your finished look for portfolio and social media. I will always ask before sharing publicly. You are welcome to opt out of social media while still allowing me to keep photos for my internal records. You retain the right to request removal of your photos at any time.
I am committed to a welcoming and respectful studio. Aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward me or other clients will result in immediate service termination. Clients who engage in such behavior will be removed from the studio and may be refused future service. No refunds will be issued in these situations.
